Line Cook: (part-time)

We’re looking for a part-time line cook who’s passionate about making great food and enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced, and diverse environment.

Job Description and Details: Primary responsibilities include light prep work, restocking the line, and cooking orders according to 5801’s recipes and standards all while maintaining proper food safety protocols. Additional duties involve general kitchen cleaning and organization.

• Schedule: Weekends, late afternoons and evenings

• Starting Pay: $18/hour

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a kitchen setting required

• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

• Takes pride in their work and maintains a clean, organized station

• Comfortable working in a diverse and inclusive environment

• Reliable transportation is a must

• Recent experience and references required

Dishwasher/Food Runner: (part-time)

Shifts: Tuesday Evenings & Sunday Morning/Afternoons with occasional additional shifts as needed (approximately 10-15 hours per week)

Compensation: Starting pay $17.50 | Raise after 6-month review

What You’ll Do:

– Wash and organize dishes throughout the shift

– Keep dish and prep areas clean and organized

– Restock the line with clean plates and utensils

– Support the kitchen and bar staff by running food during slower times
